This past week marks the one year anniversary of uncertainty, anxiousness, and quietness at the Moo.
After we initially closed due to Covid, it took me weeks to go back inside to throw out perishables and process the thought that suddenly my small business might be over. Like everyone, it was the absolute darkest of times.
I am grateful we are still here — not thriving — but rebuilding and reinventing ourselves so we can continue weathering life, safely.
I love Mother Moo Creamery and I am very much glad to be serving all of you once again.
We are open more hours!
We love daylight savings time because that means evening walks into town and more opportunity for you to enjoy a scoop or two! Starting this week, we are open until 9 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Yep! You heard right!
We are now open on Tuesdays, 2 to 9 p.m.
In the coming weeks, we hope to expand even more hours to serve our loyal customers, safely.

Employee and customer safety has always been our top priority during this past year
so imagine our glee when 100 percent of our employees received their first Covid-19 vaccine!
We are over the MOO-N and are waiting patiently for all of us to receive our second dose. In the interest of employee health, we are proceeding with caution and hope to expand our opening hours (and open our doors) in early April.
Needless to say, it's been a year-long journey for all of us and we are super excited for our season ahead.
In the meantime, grab some Organic Sesame ice cream to help us celebrate!

We have some delicious new flavors that honor the very best in citrus -- Grapefruit Campari and Blood Orange Sorbets.
Both use locally-sourced fruit, picked straight from the farmers to us!
We are so proud to support the farmers and the essential farm workers who bring us food everyday.
Let's get them the vaccine now, and keep these essential workers safe.
We've added Wednesdays!
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 2 to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, Noon to 8 p.m.
We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you new flavors and new dining options.
Please be patient as we get back our sea legs (as in this case, our cow legs), and bring you the very best in ice cream and pie.
To those visiting Kersting Court for the first time in a Moo time, Kersting Court is undergoing a major renovation. The pasture in front of our store will eventually look absolutely pristine but in the meantime, grazing conditions are less than ideal.
Please be careful parking, walking, or grazing.
We finally have two new seating options in front of the store specifically dedicated for Mother Moo, and as always, you can always order ahead and we will deliver to your car.
Please be safe, and remember we love you to the Moo and back.
Our priority continues to remain with the safety and health of our employees and customers. We strongly encourage you to order online and utilize our pick up service on Montecito Court. Mother Moo E-Moo gift cards also make a wonderful gift.
Order ahead of time for the safest and smoothest transaction.
